🚀 The Shift That Changed Everything
When I was stuck at 0, I was posting random content and hoping for results.
The growth came when I made one key change:
👉 I started reverse-engineering what was already working.
I’d find Reels in my niche that were getting 5× more views than the creator’s average. Then I’d study the hook, the pacing, the visual style—and rebuild that format in my own voice.
Same structure. Same energy. Different content.
This gave me a system, not just ideas. And when I ran that system every week—same episode format, same posting time, fast execution—my audience started compounding.
You don’t need hacks. You need repeatable content that’s already proven to work.
Do that. Then do it again.
🎣 Hook Formula: Stop the Scroll in 3 Seconds
If your hook doesn’t hit, nothing else matters.
Here’s the formula I use to craft hooks that actually stop the scroll:
[Trigger] + [Tension] + [Timeframe]
Let’s break it down:
Trigger = What the viewer instantly relates to
→ “If you’re posting every day and still not growing…”Tension = The pain or gap you’re solving
→ “…you’re probably making this one mistake.”Timeframe = Sets urgency or payoff
→ “…fix it in the next 10 minutes.”
For example….
“If you’re posting daily and getting no traction, here’s the 3-second fix you can film today.”
