Now let’s dive in 👇

Have you ever opened Instagram ready to post…

then spent 30 minutes scrolling and still not knowing what to make?

Most creators struggle because they’re posting without a system. They sit down hoping an idea shows up.

Today, I want to show you the exact 15-minute content research routine I run before posting, so you never start from zero again.

By the end of this, you’ll know:

  • A 15-minute checklist you can run daily

  • A way to turn research into multiple post ideas, fast

  • A system you can repeat every time you feel stuck

If you’ve ever thought, “I don’t know what to post today,”

This fixes that.👇

Why content feels hard without research

Most creators think content ideas come from creativity when clearly they don’t.

They come from exposure to what’s already working.

When you skip research, every post starts from scratch. That’s why posting feels heavy, inconsistent, and emotional.

With research:

  • ideas are found, not invented

  • hooks are observed, not guessed

  • posting becomes execution, not decision-making

If posting feels hard, it’s not a motivation problem. It’s clearly a missing research step.

THE 15-MINUTE CONTENT RESEARCH CHECKLIST

This is the exact routine I follow.

Run it before you post. No skipping steps.

Step 1 — Search Your Niche (5 minutes)

Open Instagram search.

Type your niche. One word is enough.

You’re looking for:

  • Posts that far outperform the creator’s average

  • Clear, punchy first 3 seconds

  • Simple ideas that feel repeatable

Don’t analyze deeply. If it stops your scroll, save it.

Step 2 — Find the Outliers (5 minutes)

Click into one creator you saved.

Compare:

  • Average views vs top-performing posts

  • Outliers = posts that did 5–10x better than their norm.

Study only two things:

  • The hook

  • How fast the idea is understood

Save these into a “Hooks” collection. This is where proven ideas live.

Step 3 — Check What Instagram Is Pushing (5 minutes)

Go to:

Dashboard → Best Practices → Inspiration

Look at:

  • Content similar to yours

  • What’s popular with your followers

This is Instagram telling you what already works.

Save formats, not just videos: List-style, talking head, text-first, before/after.

Pro Tip (This is what makes it multiply)

Every saved post = 3 ideas, not 1.

Ask:

  1. Can this be shorter?

  2. Can this be turned into a list?

  3. Can this be framed as a mistake or belief shift?

That’s how 10 saves become 30 posts

Your Mission for Today

Instead of saving this for later, run the system once.

Here’s what to do today:

Open Instagram and run the 15-minute research checklist

Save 5–7 posts into a collection

Write 3 hooks inspired by what you saved

Film one piece of content using one hook

That’s it.

Stop finding more ideas.

You need fewer decisions.

Run the routine.

Post with confidence.

Let’s grow.
