Raw, honest, less-polished content is keeping people watching longer than highly produced content. Authenticity signals something production can't fake.

4) Expertise → Relatability

The old move was to show your credentials. The new move is to show your real life, your actual process, and where you're going. Not the highlight reel, the journey.

The creators winning right now aren't the most talented or the most established. They're the most interesting.
