Hey, what’s up.
If you’ve been posting and your page still feels stuck, don’t worry, this issue’s gonna hit.
I’m breaking down the two biggest reasons you’re not growing, and the exact content system I use with my clients to fix it. This isn’t theory. This is how I went from 0 → 300K followers in just over a year, and built a business doing it.
Let’s get into it.👇
🚧 Why You’re Not Growing (And What to Do Instead)
Here’s the hard truth: Most creators are making content for themselves, not for their audience.
You post yourself at the beach, walking your dog, sipping matcha.
Cool. But ask yourself—what’s the value?
People are selfish on social. They don’t care unless they get something from it immediately.
That means:
📌 You’ve got 3 seconds to give them a reason to stay.
📌 That reason = value. And value comes in 3 flavors:
The 3 E’s:
Educational — Teach something useful in your niche
Entertaining — Make them laugh, relate, or escape
Emotional — Make them feel something real
Before I post anything, I ask:
Does this do at least ONE of those things?
If not, I delete it.
🔥 Pro tip:
Your first 1–2 seconds should signal value without sound. Text on screen. A gesture. A vibe.
No one’s turning up the volume until you earn it.

🧠 Content Stack: B-Roll + Overlay = High Output
Now that you know what to post… here’s how to do it without burning out.
One of the biggest unlocks I give my clients is this:
Film once, post seven times.
Here’s how:
Record an hour of B-roll — you working, walking, at your desk, at a shoot, whatever. Don’t overthink it.
Write simple caption overlays — 5–7 words that act as a hook. Think:
“3 things I wish I knew earlier”
“Stop doing this if you want growth”
“Why nobody’s watching your videos”
Pair them with trending audio
Keep the video 5–7 seconds max
That’s it.
No voiceover. No fancy edit. Just caption + context = retention.
“Your first 3 seconds decide everything.”
🎯 This Week’s Mission
Record 10–15 minutes of fresh B-roll
Write 3 hooks using overlay text
Post one video today
Repost your best-performing clip from last month by Friday
When it’s live, reply “GO”.
I’ll drop you a swipe file of caption overlays I use with clients.
Let’s grow.
